I called Mary Ann for a quote on duct cleaning. I told her price was twice her competitors. She explained they do central vacuum, unlike others. I tried 2 competitors, for price, and they were just scammers. Miguel did  a fabulous job,explaining the process, central vacuum and each vent cleaned, and system fragranced. I would highly recommend Eastern Shore Heating and Air Conditioning! The technician Miguel Monteiro arrived early! He came in and reviewed what he was going to do in great detail. Once he began working he was neat and thorough. He took pictures of the ducts before and after the cleaning, what a huge difference! He spent over 4 hours cleaning all of our ducts and also cleaned the dry vent! Once Miguel was done he cleaned up and you couldn't even tell he was here ! He gets an A+ for cleanliness, thoroughness, professionalism and most of all, took great care of our home! Thank you Eastern Shore Heating and Air Conditioning for an amazing job at a fair price!
