1. Overview & Agreement

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your consent to receive text messages from Eastern Shore Duct Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to our SMS program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. Your participation in our SMS program is entirely voluntary.

2. Description of SMS Use Cases

Eastern Shore Duct Cleaning uses SMS text messaging exclusively for the following purposes related to your HVAC and duct cleaning services:

• Appointment Scheduling — Sending and confirming new service appointments upon your request.
• Appointment Reminders — Automated reminders sent prior to your scheduled service date and time.
• Appointment Confirmations — Confirmation messages verifying that your appointment has been successfully booked or updated.
• Appointment Changes & Cancellations — Notifications regarding rescheduling, technician arrival windows, or cancellation of a service visit.
• Service Follow-Up — Brief post-service messages to confirm job completion or request feedback.
• Customer Support Responses — Replies to SMS inquiries you initiate regarding your appointment or service.

We will not send promotional, marketing, or advertising content through this SMS program. Messages are strictly limited to transactional and service-related communications. Message frequency will vary depending on the number of appointments scheduled. You may receive up to 5 messages per appointment.

3. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Eastern Shore Duct Cleaning by one of the following methods:

• Providing your mobile phone number and verbally consenting when scheduling an appointment by phone.
• Submitting your mobile phone number via our website contact or booking form and checking the SMS consent box.
• Texting START to our designated SMS number.

By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to subscribe to this service using the provided mobile number.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of our SMS program at any time. To stop receiving text messages, reply with any of the following keywords: STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send you a single confirmation message and immediately remove your number from our active SMS list. You will not receive any further messages unless you opt in again.

You may also opt out by contacting us directly at (732) 702-5378 or by emailing ductcleaning@easternshorehvac.com and requesting removal from SMS communications.

Please note that opting out of SMS messages does not cancel your service appointment. If you opt out, please ensure we have an alternative way to reach you (such as a phone call) for any appointment-related updates.

If you have questions, concerns, or need assistance regarding our SMS program, your appointments, or these Terms, please contact our customer support team. You may also reply HELP to any of our SMS messages and we will respond with support information.

6. Message & Data Rate Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data charges from your mobile carrier will apply to messages sent and received as part of this program.

Eastern Shore Duct Cleaning does not charge any fees for participation in our SMS program. However, your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates will apply to all text messages sent to and received from us, based on your wireless plan. Message frequency varies by appointment activity. To check your plan details or for questions about carrier charges, please contact your wireless provider directly.

SMS is available to customers with mobile numbers registered to U.S. carriers. Compatibility with international numbers is not guaranteed.

7. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their affiliates, are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages. Wireless carriers are not liable for the content of any messages sent through our SMS program, nor are they responsible for any actions taken in reliance upon the contents of those messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Eastern Shore Duct Cleaning is not liable for any delays in the receipt of SMS messages resulting from incomplete or inaccurate mobile phone number information, network congestion, service outages, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control. If you are not receiving expected SMS messages, please verify your mobile number is correctly on file or contact us at (732) 702-5378.

8. Age Restriction (18+)

Our SMS messaging program is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Eastern Shore Duct Cleaning, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

If we become aware that a person under the age of 18 has opted in without parental or guardian consent, we will promptly remove that individual from our SMS list. 9. Privacy Policy

Continued participation in the SMS program following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
